Nason_Shawn_B&WOur CEO & Innovation Evangelist, Shawn Nason believes that innovation is not work – it is a lifestyle. As an inspirational thought leader, he has garnered the confidence of all he has worked with – from key executives and stakeholders to peers and staff. Beginning with his experience in Imagineering at The Walt Disney Company early in his career, Shawn developed an empathy-driven, people-centric approach to innovation and ideation. He has taken this ideal throughout his career, and whether it is in education or healthcare, he has served as the catalyst for organizations to become the best they can be.

Shawn firmly believes that the core of innovation is about developing and curating the right experience for each and every consumer. The ideal is to meet your customer in their reality – gain empathy for their challenges and help them innovate and set strategies that make sense for their unique business.

Jason Born – our Innovation Catalyst is an award-winning industrial Born_Jason_PFbwdesigner in the health care and consumer industries. His work here at the Nason Group is focused on guiding organizations as they rethink their approach to strategy – and teaching them how to harness the creativity within their own organizations to drive business breakthroughs.

Jason has a strong history of successful innovating  – leading the innovation teams for such brands as Tide, Charmin, Gucci, and Pringles. He partners with organizational leaders to work through their particular challenges – from organizational design to consumer insights, and helps develop successful marketing strategies.

As a writer, researcher and personal historian, Kathyrn believes passionately in the connective power of storytelling – a connection that can cultivate strong, sustainable relationships between an organization and its public.
